Honestly nothing to complain about. Excellent base for 1 night with really helpful and very professional staff in a gentle manner. New-fashioned, spotless room with shaky beds, proper space for a solo trip and the bedroom. Early check-in, parking nearby. No charge for wake up calls and ironing too. Location near Republic Square and the main eating area, all shops and non-smoking areas.

Breakfast with orange juice a particular disappointment. Absolutely perfect location in Kentron district so close to taxi and minibus, most tourist attractions and Republic square, Vernissage market and local restaurants.

Really poor breakfast.

The standard king room was immaculate with shaky beds and the location was peaceful. The provided breakfast was very good with Armenian cheeses. Location: the hotel was next to Armenia's.

Friendly staff, excellent location, comfortable room, with a warm and inviting atmosphere complemented by a well-served breakfast. The hotel is conveniently situated just 15 km from the nearest airport.

Location - a stone away from Republic square and an easy walk to main pedestrian area with lots of coffee shops (Northern avenue and Opera park square) Great breakfast buffet with lots of fresh fruits, as well as eggs, cold cuts and crepes.

Mattresses (too soft and not comfortable) and bed linen (not 100% pure cotton) are unfortunately not of the 4 star quality that the hotel advertises as.
